Two weeks to go!
How is it already June?! We’ve got just two weeks until our next course, Reading and Writing Body Horror, kicks off, and we’re almost sold out!
We’ll be reading and discussing poetry and short stories across four weeks from Monday 26th June, and writing body horror of our own using prompts based on the readings. If you’ve enjoyed reading stories and novels by Angela Carter, Carmen Maria Machado, Julia Armfield or Camilla Grudova, there’ll be something for you here. You never have to share any writing if you don’t want to but there’ll be a chance to if you do, the zoom sessions are always a safe space of supportive and similar-minded readers and writers.

(A small note on body horror content; there will be reading and discussion around things going on inside our bodies, but we’ll be on zoom, so if you want to mute/turn your camera off/step out for a moment, you can do any and all of those things. More detailed CWs will go out on the reading lists for each week so you can decide for yourself if something’s not for you. Any questions, always, just give me a shout.)
