Galley Beggar's Short Story Prize
2023/24 submissions are open

As promised, popping in with another prize notice - The Galley Beggar Press Short Story Prize is open for submissions until the end of September. This year, they’ve four new judges: Alex Clark, Chigozie Obioma, Tomiwa Owolade and Susan Tomaselli. The winner receives £2500, shortlisted writers receive £200, and long listed writers receive £50 of bookshop vouchers and a Galley Beggar subscription.
